Account deletion
You can delete your Vroom account right in the app, without emailing support. The account is deleted as soon as you confirm.
How to delete
- Open the Vroom app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm: Delete permanently.
What is deleted
- your profile: name, email address, phone number;
- favourites and collections;
- conversations with partners and support;
- wallet credit and transaction history.
What remains
- Completed bookings stay with the partner in anonymised form, with “Deleted user” in place of your name. The partner needs them for their records.
- Reviews stay on the listings, without your name.
Unused credit is lost with the account and cannot be restored.
If you cannot access the app
Write to web.pro.farid@gmail.com from the address your account is registered to, with the subject “Account deletion”. We will delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
