Partner terms
These terms apply to companies and private owners who list cars, stays, yachts and tours on Vroom. If a separate agreement has been signed with a partner, it takes precedence over this page.
Joining
Write to web.pro.farid@gmail.com: what you list, how many listings and in which city. The partner dashboard is connected after a document check. The documents needed depend on the category and city, and we will send the list in reply to your application.
We start with Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Hatta.
What it costs
- Listings, photos and views are free.
- Vroom takes a percentage only from a confirmed booking. No booking, no payment.
- The percentage and the payout terms are set out in the partner agreement.
The listing
You are responsible for the listing matching reality. The guest accepts these terms when booking.
- photos of the actual listing, not a similar one;
- the price per unit: day, night, hour or trip;
- the deposit and its terms;
- the cancellation policy: flexible, moderate, strict or special terms;
- specs: for cars insurance, mileage limit and minimum driver age, for yachts length and capacity, for stays guests and bedrooms, for tours duration and what is included.
Calendar, Instant Book and requests
- Keep the availability calendar up to date: it decides what the guest sees.
- For each listing you choose the mode: Instant Book or manual confirmation.
- Instant Book confirms at once, so the listing must be free on every date open in the calendar.
- A request must be answered within 24 hours. Without an answer it lapses automatically.
A confirmed booking
A confirmed booking must be carried out as described on the listing. If something gets in the way, message the guest in the app and write to us straight away.
Guest data
For a booking you receive the guest's name, dates, guest count and phone number if they gave one. Use this data only to carry out the booking. It may not be used for advertising or mailings without the guest's consent.
Messages and reviews
Partners follow the same community guidelines as guests. Payment for a booking goes only through Vroom. A partner cannot delete a guest review but can report a violation.
Suspension and leaving
- You can take a listing off display or disconnect the dashboard at any time. Bookings already confirmed must still be carried out.
- We may take a listing off display if it does not match reality, or after repeated cancellations of confirmed bookings.
